FAMVITA hasn't launched yet. This notice covers only the waitlist on our website. A full Privacy Policy for the FAMVITA app will be published before launch.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and name. You can also choose to tell us how you heard about FAMVITA, whether you're interested in beta testing, which phone you use, who you'd care for in FAMVITA, and what you're most excited about. We don't ask for any health information on the waitlist.
Why we collect it
- To let you know when FAMVITA launches
- To invite you to beta testing, if you asked to be included
- To understand what families need, so we build the right things
Where it's kept
Your information is stored securely with trusted service providers who process it only on our behalf.
What we will never do
We never sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this website and waitlist, and they may use it only on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist information until launch and beta testing are complete, or until you ask us to remove it, and no later than 12 months after launch.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or remove the information we hold about you at any time by emailing privacy@famvita.com. We'll confirm it's you before sharing or changing anything, and we'll respond within 30 days.
Emails from us
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
Age
The waitlist is for people 18 or older. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
This website
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use this site, so we can improve it. We don't use advertising or tracking pixels.
If you use our backup form, it's hosted on a separate page run by another company, under that company's own privacy terms.
